Rig Fit

A class delivered on our custom built rig that incorporates suspension training, battle ropes, rope pull down, indoor friendly Tyre flips and many more.

Body Tone

18:15pm - 19:00pm

A non aerobic, full body toning class aimed at all abilities. Utilising pump bars, resistance bands, dumbbells and body weight moves. Designed to target your upper body, lower body and abs.

A class designed to be unpredictable. Incorporating cardio, weights, functional training and core.

Shape to the Beat

DISCO lights, motivating MUSIC, FREE use of resistance bands. This class brings Interval training, aerobic & toning exercises!

Tai Chi

The ancient Chinese Mind Body & Spirit practice that cultivates Qi - life force energy - with harmony of the body and breath in a flowing, spiralling movement form. Benefits all aspects of Health & Wellbeing.

A class designed to get kids fit and moving. Body weight moves and core work - open to all abilities.
